Centrally located, this apt is just a few minutes from Belvedere Square and Towson and several local hospitals and Universities: Sinai, GBMC, Towson U, Loyola, Medstar/Good Sam and just 15 minutes from Downtown Baltimore and Hopkins, U of MD , the Convention Center and M&T Bank Stadium.

The Space

There are no shared spaces, other than the front door (each unit has its own locked front door). Bedroom has super comfy Serta queen mattress, spacious closet and gets great natural light with 2 large windows overlooking the open green space behind the house.

Living room has comfy daybed with twin mattress, desk, wall mounted TV and closet and can be used as a 2nd bedroom for a roommate or overnight guest. This room also gets great natural light with 2 large windows. But has room darkening curtains for those who work at night and need to sleep during the day.

Eat-in kitchen has everything you need - full size fridge, sink, microwave/convection oven/air fryer, large multi function toaster oven, coffee maker, slow cooker, hot water kettle, induction burner and all the plates and dishes you might need. The kitchen does not have a stove, but the induction burner (and all the necessary cookware) is perfect for cooking just about anything. (check-out induction burner online to burner to learn more)

The classic black and white tiled bathroom has newly resurfaced shower/tub combo, new sink/vanity, new showerhead and more storage. Plenty of open green space near the house offers a respite from the city, but still close enough that you can be downtown in no time!

And we are located right down the street from Belvedere Square with its boutique retail shops and restaurants, a European-style fresh market, and shopping that inspires, dining that delights, seasonal events that entertain.

Guest access

All spaces in the apt are for guest use except for the attic.

Other things to note

We do not have a full stove in this unit-- but al of the necessary small appliances. the induction burner gets full temperature and can cook just about anything you would want. there's a toaster oven / convection oven. a multifunctional microwave/ air fryer/convention oven. we also have a hot water kettle, keurig, french press, rice cooker and slow cooker.
There are several laundromats near the house- including an affordable fluff and fold where you can drop off your clothes and pick up freshly washed and folded clothes and linens. laundry service is available for additional price.

Central air/heat and ceiling fans keeps the unit cold in the summer and toasty warm in the winter.  Fresh towels and high thread count linens are provided.  Flexible check in/check out time may be available by prior arrangement.  Everything you need is provided,  just bring your toothbrush!  (though we have a spare if you forget yours)
