About your hosts!

Rachel is the Host and Owner for Bmore At Home Properties! She has been hosting guests in her home since 1999 and here in the Bolton Hill house since 2011.  She will be your host, concierge and guide and welcomes the opportunity to share her favorite sights, tastes and sounds of Charm City.  

Friends say I am the Hostess with the Most-ess who has never met a Stranger!

After many years of experiencing hospitality around the world, Rachel has brought home the best ideas from other amazing hosts and hotels to share with our guests.  

In 2016, Rachel left her 16 year career in Politics, Government and Non-Profit to pursue her love of hosting full time! These days she manages rental properties, consults and is working to save the world through volunteer activities a little closer to home. When not traveling (and staying at other AirBNB locations around the world), she serves on the board of directors for Midtown Benefits District and the Bolton Hill Garden Club. She also volunteers with several neighborhood associations and animal rescue groups. Your stay with us helps fund these volunteer activities.  Interested in joining Rachel on a volunteer effort while here in town? My motto has always been, the more the merrier!  

She is originally from New Jersey, and is a graduate of Salisbury State University and did her Graduate work at the University of Baltimore.

About Your Co-Hosts

David. Rachel's brother David is the co-host and co-owner of the Cross Street property. He works as an attorney for the Federal Government and is a graduate of University of Maryland Law School. He has been a resident of Federal Hill since 2010 and now lives around the corner in the Otterbein neighborhood. He is a big baseball fan, foodie and car lover.

It takes a village..

We couldn't do it all alone, so you might meet some of our other friends during your stay.  Blanca, Lily and her family keep all our properties sparking clean.  Marcus is our contractor who renovated most of our properties and keeps us in top form. 

if you stay at our Bolton Hill location, you'll meet our two feline hosts- Alfie and Sebastian, FORMER RESCUE KITTIES WHO LOVE TO GREET GUESTS!  

Both my kitties were rescued as strays from Baltimore City.  AirBNB helps us support the great work done by some amazing, dedicated people. My love for gardening and flowers can be seen in the beautiful courtyard I share with my neighbors and private backyard.
