Bolton Hill: Private Guest Suite
Guest room, with its own full bathroom in over occupied townhouse in beautiful historic Bolton Hill centrally located in Midtown Baltimore. Minutes from Penn Station, MICA, UB, UM Grad Schools, Hopkins, Downtown, Stadiums and Convention Center. Two people max. Must not be allergic to cats. (house has 2 who roam freely) Bedroom is up 2 flights of stairs.
This listing is for private guest room and private guest bath on the 2nd floor of an owner-occupied townhouse in the heart of mid-town Baltimore City in the historic Bolton Hill neighborhood. Spacious and airy unit room gets great natural light and is very quiet.
As a fellow traveler, I have brought home ideas from hotels around the world- including high thread count linens and towels, slipper, robes, hair dryer, iron and anything you might need but forgot (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) The bedroom sleeps 2 people.
Guests who stay for more than 2 days are welcome to use the kitchen and living room on the first floor. The owner lives on first and second floors and has two very friendly cats who roam the entire house freely and like to greet guests. Unit is accessed from front door- and up two short sets of steps.
Central air/heat and ceiling fans keeps the unit cold in the summer and toasty warm in the winter. Fresh towels and high thread count linens are provided. Flexible check in/check out time may be available by prior arrangement.
Access the apartment through a modern, beautifully furnished townhouse located in gated, tree-lined courtyard. The sound of the fountain in front will make you forget that you're minutes from downtown Baltimore.
The house is the perfect location for quick access to an Orioles or Raven's game, the new Horseshoe Casino, Inner Harbor, Hopkins, MICA, U of Baltimore, U of MD Grad schools, Penn Station or a show/concert/play at any of the city's many venues. Everything you need is provided, just bring your toothbrush! (though we have a spare if you forget yours)

THE ROOM:
Furnished with a queen bed, and large wardrobe, there is plenty of space to unpack.
There is a small fridge, and coffee maker for guests to use in the morning.
Snacks, coffee and tea are provided.
The tiled bathroom offers a shower/tub compb and massaging shower head. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. Hair dryer, iron and board and pack and play/crib are available. Forget something else? Just ask. We've likely got you covered!
When booking the basement unit, you get more than just a place to sleep. All guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful outside grounds, including all the courtyards and walking paths with beautiful fountains, trees and flowers. It's like a secret garden in the middle of the city.
